39leatherGoods guarantees the right to withdraw from the purchase contract if the purchased goods are damaged during transport or do not comply with what is shown on the website.
The consumer, in accordance with the provisions of the most recent Italian legislation (Legislative Decree 22/5/1999 n.185), has the right to withdraw from the contract within 10 days of receipt of the goods, returning the goods to + 39leatherGoods, who will refund the price of the returned goods.

-Who it applies to

The right of withdrawal is reserved only to private customers, thus excluding purchases made by resellers or by subjects who in any way purchase for resale to third parties.

-Return procedure

• Please respect the following instructions in order to ensure you will be able to exercise your right of return:
• Send an email to our Customer Service at customercare@39leathergoods.com indicating the order number and the item (s) you wish to return.
• Wait to receive a reply email from our Customer Service who will provide you with the information to manage the return and shipping of the goods.
• Ship the items to be returned no later than 15 days after receiving the return email with the instructions.

Returning of the goods purchased is however subject to the following conditions:

• The purchased good must be substantially intact and unused
• According to the law, the shipping costs and any export taxes to Italy will be charged to the customer
• On their arrival at the warehouse, the goods will be examined to assess any damage or tampering  therefore we recommend the utmost attention in preparing the package, for example using the original packaging.

-How to ship

After activating the return procedure it is necessary to take all needed cautions in order to safeguard the goods from any damage. + 39leatherGoods has the right to refuse the goods received in the event of non-compliance with the above procedure.

-Caution

It is advisable to use a courier or other suitable means for the shipment to allow the traceability of the shipment itself.
+39 leathergoods will not refund your purchase in case of loss of the goods during transport.

-EXCLUSION (Legislative Decree 22/5/1999 n.185)
There is no right of return for made to measure or personalized goods.

-How you will be refunded

• In case of payment with PayPal, the refund will be made by crediting the PayPal account
• In case of payment by bank transfer or cash on delivery the refund will be made by bank transfer
• In case of payment via credit card the refund will be made by re-crediting on the credit card
